Currently we only ship to the countries within the European Union but we will soon ship all over the world. Sign in to our newsletter to receive updates on our shipping policy.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination. Do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you have any more queries.
TIMING OF DELIVERY
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we will ship your order with the service you have selected. Please refer to our shipping section for more information.
1. Order with shippment
If you are a registered user, please use the “order” tab in “my account” section. Select the appropriate order and select the products you want to return. Then follow the instructions. If you are not a registered user, you will find a link to the page where you can make a return in the e-mail that informed you that the order was delivered. Finally, remember to save and print the return form and attach it to you return. The form can also be downloaded by clicking on this link.
2. Order with pesonal collection
Return is only possible directly to the store indicated as pickup location - in person or by courier. In this case, shipping costs borne by you.
3. If your order has been paid through direct bank transfer the only possibility of return is sent via e-mail on email@example.com, declaration of willingness to return the products and send the items to the following address:
