BETWEEN FASHION AND SPORT
A blend of sporty style and functional urban casual. These words perfectly describe the Lacoste brand, founded in 1933 by
legendary French tennis player René Lacoste. The fashion house, famous for its iconic crocodile logo, has been offering us timeless collections for years,
featuring a rich palette of colors that includes stylish clothing designs, comfortable footwear models, and practical accessories beloved by fashion enthusiasts
from all over the world. Drawing on its substantial sports heritage and extensive experience, the French brand continues to meet the needs of the most discerning fashion lovers each season,
who not only value the comfort of their chosen pieces but also expect them to align with current trends. Thanks to the diversity and wide range of these exceptional models,
we are able to create cohesive and unique outfits for everyday city adventures as well as endless games and fun in the
great outdoors.
From today, you can draw inspiration for creating these looks from our photoshoot, which we conducted as part of
a collaboration with Jakub Orliński. Drawing from the extensive range of Lacoste models, we created bold, contrasting outfits that are simply impossible to ignore.
We did not limit ourselves to a single, strictly defined aesthetic. Elegant silhouettes were paired with
relaxed and sporty forms, while seemingly simple cuts were enriched with eye-catching accessories. The latest
‘L003 NEO’ sneakers undoubtedly played a key role. The main inspiration behind this model was... the motion of tennis balls. Available in a wide range of
colorways, these shoes encapsulate the dynamism, unpredictability, and boldness of masterful moves on the court, blending heritage with innovation and
blurring the lines between sport and fashion.
In the looks we presented, not a single detail was left to chance. When selecting the pieces, we kept in mind one of the many talents
that distinguish our protagonist, Jakub Orliński. After all, the life of an artist is not limited to classical music alone. The Polish countertenor, a singer on the
international classical music scene, also achieves great success as a breakdancer. His accomplishments in this field include
awards in numerous dance competitions such as Red Bull BC One Poland Cypher, Stylish Strike – Top Rock Contest, and The Style Control. Jakub
has also taken on the role of a model – Levi’s, Nike, and Mercedes-Benz are just a few of the brands that have invited this talented artist to their campaigns.
The star of our photo shoot captivated us with his incredibly strong personality, reminiscent of the founder of Lacoste himself.
What unites the artist and the Frenchman is an extraordinary determination in pursuing their goals, unwavering resolve, and immense dedication.
