HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

At Vitkac.com we make every effort to provide our customers with a comfortable and seamless shopping experience. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the rules outlined below.

RETURN POLICY


Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached and security labels intact.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

I. VITKAC CLUB MEMBERS AT PLATINUM AND GOLD LEVEL (DURING THE FREE SHIPPING/RETURN PERIOD)


Individuals with this status can enjoy benefits, including complimentary return shipping.


1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.

2. Submit a return request by following the instructions.

3. Pack the products – make sure they are in their original condition.

4. Send the parcel using the enclosed return label or your selected shipping method.

II. OTHER CUSTOMERS


1. Log in to your account and go to your order history; if you are an unregistered user, the link to the page where you can request a return can be found in the email confirming your order delivery.

2. Submit a return request by following the instructions.

3. Pack the products – please ensure they are in their original condition.

4. Send the return using any shipping method to the online store's address.

5. Include your order number to help us identify your shipment.

In this case, the cost of return shipping is covered by the Customer.

III. ORDERS WITH IN-STORE PICKUP


Product returns are only possible at our physical boutiques—either in person or by shipping to the online store address using any chosen method.

In this case, the cost of return shipping is covered by the Customer.

Please include the order number for returns to facilitate the identification of your parcel.

REFUND OF FUNDS


The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method used during the purchase.

If the return shipment cannot be identified, the refund may be issued later than 14 days.

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your original order and place a new order.
