ALL EYES
ON ANIMAL PRINTS
Over the past few seasons, they have been gradually making their way back onto the runways, and this autumn – they have once again become some of the most sought-after patterns of all time... Animal prints are back, baby!
But don’t let this animal frenzy scare you off. Such bold prints don’t need to be worn head-to-toe, as seen on the runways of Marni, Versace, or Dolce & Gabbana. You can take inspiration from French designer Isabel Marant by choosing just one clothing piece, or subtly incorporate the patterns into your look via accessories. Following the lead of Balenciaga, an eye-catching bag will do the trick, or you can go for the option offered by the Zimmermann sisters – patterned tights.
50 SHADES OF GREEN
Green is undeniably the most important color of the upcoming season. And while it appeared on the runways in a variety of interpretations, it was the khaki shade that truly captured the hearts of designers.
This quintessentially autumnal hue has taken over the collections of Ferragamo, Burberry, Gucci and Fendi. The runways showcased a wealth of creative garment constructions, featuring unique details and unexpected combinations of textures. However, eye-catching accessories also made a statement, and we must confess—we fell in love with them at first sight. Our favorites are undoubtedly the new it-bags by Loewe, as well as the phenomenal over-the-knee boots from the debut collection of Chemena Kamali for the fashion house Chloé. Absolutely stunning!

THE IMMORTAL CHECK
The check pattern has appeared in almost every collection this year. It reigned in New York, London, Milan, and Paris, taking the form not only of accessories but, above all... ultra-striking total looks.
Designers focused primarily on a typically autumn edition of this print. Checks in shades of mustard, green, and brown were showcased on the runways of Burberry, Chloé, Acne Studios and Dries Van Noten, while Peter Do, in his collection for Helmut Lang, opted for a flawless combination of white, red, and navy. However, the creations that truly captivated us were the black-and-white designs by Olivier Rousteing and the pajama-inspired sets with shorts from Loewe.
