RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Vitkac.com we make every effort to provide our clients with a comfortable and seamless shopping experience. If your purchase did not meet your expectations, you have the option to return it in accordance with the rules outlined below.

RETURN POLICY


Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Product condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached and labels intact.

Exclusions: Certain products, such as final sale items, personalized articles, and lingerie, are not eligible for return.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Log in to your account – Go to your order history and select the product(s) you wish to return.

2. Request return authorization – Follow the instructions to generate a return request.

3. Pack your products – Securely pack the products, ensuring they remain in their original condition.

4. Send your return – Use the attached return label or select your preferred shipping method.

5. If you are not a registered user, you will find a link to the return page in the email confirming your order delivery.

6. Order with in-store pickup – Returns are only possible directly to the store indicated as the pickup location – either in person or by courier. In this case, shipping costs are borne by you.

7. If your order was paid for by bank transfer the only way to return your items is to send a declaration of your intent to return to [email protected] via email and send the products to the store's address.

REFUND OF FUNDS


The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products. The amount will be transferred to the same payment method used during the purchase.

If it is not possible to identify the return shipment, the refund may be initiated at a later date than 14 days.

EXCHANGES


We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.
